Interprofessional Education is characterized by a set of collaborative actions, developed by different professionals, from the exchange of knowledge and professional development in the educational sphere. The aim of this study was to explore the initiatives and possibilities of interprofessional education in health courses. This is a descriptive and exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, in which the data were absorbed from the Pedagogical Projects of the Courses (PPCs) of undergraduate health of a Federal University and the experiences of 14 academics, 4 coordinators and 6 professors. In the data collection, we used semi-structured interviews and documental analysis of the PPCs of the courses, analyzed through content analysis. Thematic units were identified as: “Curricular initiatives of interprofessional education in health courses”, “Initiatives of interprofessional education in health courses according to the academic community” and “Possibilities of interprofessional education in health from the perspective of the academic community”. The results indicated the absence of IPE in the health courses investigated with few curricular initiatives that ensure a training directed to the interprofessional competencies required by the UHS.

Objetivo: analisar as práticas de cuidado na perspectiva interprofissional em uma residência multiprofissional em saúde. Método: Pesquisa qualitativa de natureza exploratória realizada em um Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde de uma universidade pública do estado da Bahia, Brasil. As ferramentas para a produção dos dados foram a entrevista semi estruturada e o diário de campo. A amostra foi definida por meio da saturação dos dados composta por 13 residentes entrevistados distribuídos em cinco campos de atuação da residência (Saúde da Família, Saúde Mental, Nutrição Clínica, Oncologia e Terapia Intensiva). Os dados das entrevistas foram interpretados por meio de análise de conteúdo, onde emergiu uma categoria: Prática Interprofissional na Residência: experiências ou políticas? Resultados: As atividades práticas de caráter interprofissional ocorrem de acordo com o ponto de atenção para o cuidado, e essas vivências dependem dos trabalhadores desses locais, o que demonstra que não há uma política institucional. Na atenção básica, permite ao residente ter uma visão ampliada da saúde e, assim, sobressai à subjetividade, o que permite associar a formação ainda pautada no modelo biomédico. Considerações finais: As práticas interprofissionais acontecem principalmente com residentes de saúde da família e que o processo de formação do residente possibilita o desenvolvimento de uma perspectiva subjetiva sobre o cuidado, diferente dos demais módulos. The rapid development of Olympic Games and the intensification of professional sports events make the competition between excellent athletes and teams become more and more fierce, so the demands on athletes’ psychology, techniques, and physical strength are becoming higher and higher, especially that the demands on physical strength are more prominent. Therefore, physical training is an important part of sports training and the core link of competitive sports, which is widely valued by coaches and athletes all over the world. At the same time, with the influence and penetration of the rapid development of modern information technology and network big data on competitive sports, the scientific and digital process of athletes’ physical training has also been accelerated, and many new ideas, scientific training methods, and advanced sports technology have emerged. During the pandemic, many aggregation activities have been disrupted, as well as physical training. Therefore, this paper improves the quality of physical training through video, so that athletes can do physical training at any time and any place. A cut vertices spanning tree algorithm based on machine learning is proposed to distribute layered multicast streaming and dynamically adjust the number of layers of sports video streaming. The cut vertices spanning tree algorithm is mainly applied to the situation when the network bandwidth resources are relatively scarce. The evaluation results indicate that the proposed method can improve the estimated quality of experience (QoE), packet loss rate, link utilization, and video delay on Mininet simulation platform. Furthermore, it can be seen from the experiments that the proposed method has a good performance on distribution of sports video stream assisting physical training.
