Abstract: Resumo: A nefropatia diabética (ND) é uma complicação crônica microvascular frequente no paciente diabético. A obtenção de um controle glicêmico próximo da normalidade, o tratamento rigoroso da hipertensão arterial e o das dislipidemias tem sido medidas usadas para a prevenção de ND.
