“…A probabilidade de os baldios se tornarem meios de produção de valores de troca e de geração de serviços mercantis é elevada nestes casos, sendo dificilmente compatível com uma utilização restritiva por razões de proteção ambiental. Dois exemplos recolhidos de estudos recentes (Caldas, 2013;Serra et al, 2016;Hespanha, 2014), permitem aprofundar o conhecimento sobre os modelos de revitalização possíveis em comunidades com baldios.
