The globalization of educational space shows that university education should meet the needs of society based on the ethical principles of interaction between participants of educational process and use innovative teaching methods. Therefore the purpose of the study is to substantiate the importance of convergence of systems of education at Scottish and Ukrainian universities in order to provide ethical leadership in the field of education. A systematic approach to the realization of the purpose of the study allowed solving the main tasks: systematization of the strengths of Scottish education, justification of the impact of university social responsibility on providing ethical leadership in education, comparing the main indicators of the process of providing educational services in Scotland and Ukraine.As a result, it is established that the synergetic effect from the application of the concept of ethical leadership is achieved as a result of the interaction of all participants in the educational process, namely: the state (awareness and realization of the social mission to develop the potential of youth); universities (development of educational programs taking into account the needs of modern society and the use of teaching methods capable of forming the necessary competences for future specialists); students (interest in obtaining quality education).

Despite the level of the information technology spread in Ukraine being lower than in other countries ERP systems are introduced both on the levels of commercial and government organizations. Although there is an adaptation to the national and language features of different countries in ERP systems, their introduction into Ukrainian markets relates to a range of difficulties. Information safety issues and the issues of changes in management accounts and business accounting that appear when introducing ERP system are the main difficulties for Ukrainian enterprises. The research of information security considers such main aspects as the network security, the data base (DB) security, the security on the level of application server and the information security on the client’s computer. The determination of the main principles of the information security and the suggestion of the stages of building the ERP security control subsystem aim at preventing deliberate or accidental information leak. Features of Ukrainian legislation, differences of Ukrainian business accounting standards from the international ones and the management features should be considered when introducing ERP system. The company executives, in their turn, should understand the urgent need in introducing information technologies, realize that the information system is a management system and not only the system of accounting and should meet the requirements and standards of ERP management.

Стаття присвячена актуальному питанню сучасності – створенню нових організацій часу і форми праці, які є гнучкими формами зайнятості, орієнтованими насамперед на продуктивність і повне використання потенціалу працівника. Проаналізовано різноманітні форми гнучкої зайнятості. Досліджено світовий досвід організації часу і форм праці. Виявлено, що завдяки розвитку ІКТ (інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій) і доступу до Інтернет, змінюється модель роботи шляхом впровадження дистанційної роботи, що виступає трендом сучасного менеджменту праці, системи розподілу завдань і віддаленого обліку робочого часу. Така модель праці особливо важлива в ІТ-сфері і створює можливості працевлаштування спеціалістів незалежно від місця їх проживання. Однак, щоб організація функціонувала належним чином відповідно до моделі, має бути виконано ряд технічних умов, необхідних для виконання роботи та спілкування в компанії, а також формальних умов, пов’язаних, серед іншого, з формою працевлаштування. Окреслено перспективи майбутніх досліджень.
