<div><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="left"><tbody><tr><td align="left" valign="top"><p><em>The covid-19 pandemic is a large-scale epidemic that affects millions of people in various countries, sometimes spreading worldwide. The administration of the Covid-19 vaccine aims to reduce the transmission of the coronavirus, reduce morbidity and mortality, achieve herd immunity and protect the public from Covid-19. The study aimed to determine community perceptions of the covid-19 booster vaccination qualitative study in the Silangit Health Center Working Area, North Tapanuli Regency, in 2022. The type of research used is a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in the Silangit Health Center Working Area, North Tapanuli Regency, from December 2022 - January 2023. The research informants were ten people. Research instruments using interview guidelines, digital camera, data collection matrix, and notebook. The results of the study, Informants explained that the covid-19 virus is a virus that causes respiratory system disorders, is transmitted through coughing and sneezing and a virus that causes many fatalities or deaths. The informant explained that the signs and symptoms of covid-19 are high fever, cough, flu, sore throat, dizziness for several days, body weakness, loss of smell or taste, skin changes, respiratory problems, chest pain, decreased consciousness, and sore throat until death. Informants explained that booster vaccination prevents the covid-19 virus, acts as an antiviral, controls the body's immunity, strengthens antibodies, and maintains immunity. The informant's perception of the booster vaccine is that the informant does not want to be vaccinated because he is afraid of the side effects that occur due to the absence of definite information about the side effects of booster vaccination; the informant also answered that he felt lazy to be vaccinated because he considered it did not have much effect on the body.</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div><strong><em>Keywords: Booster Vaccination, Covid-19, Virus</em></strong>

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan duka mendalam dan trauma bagi sebagian masyarakat, terlebih yang terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19. Untuk itu upaya pengenalan faktor risiko, penyakit yang menjadi komorbid yang kemungkinan lebih rentan tertular Covid-19, dan pelaksanaan deteksi dini atau skrining Covid-19 perlu diketahui masyarakat. Dengan demikian upaya pencegahan tertular Covid-19, sekaligus memberikan rasa tenang pada masyarakat akan meningkat. Tujuan pengabdian untuk memberikan informasi apa saja yang menjadi faktor risiko, penyakit apa saja yang menjadi komorbid yang menyebabkan lebih rentan tertular Covid-19, sekaligus melakukan pemeriksaan deteksi dini atau skrining Covid-19 pada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa pretes, penyampaian materi penyuluhan, pengisian kuesioner dan pelaksanaan skrining, dan postes. Kegiatan pengabdian dihadiri oleh 29 peserta, 28 peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan lengkap, 1 peserta hanya mengisi daftar hadir tanpa mengikuti kegiatan. Peningkatan softskill nilai postes 100% dari nilai pretes 70% menunjukkan perhatian peserta pengabdian terhadap materi yang disimak dengan baik oleh seluruh peserta pengabdian. Dari peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian dengan lengkap, seratus persen peserta tidak mempunyai faktor risiko Covid-19, juga tidak mempunyai faktor risiko komorbid Covid-19, dan hasil skrining 100% peserta tidak menunjukkan gejala menderita Covid-19. Seluruh kegiatan pengabdian dirasakan sangat bermanfaat bagi peserta pengabdian di masa pandemi ini.Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has caused grief and trauma for some people, especially those who have been confirmed positive. Therefore, efforts to identify risk factors, comorbid diseases that are more susceptible to infection and screening for Covid-19 need to be known by the public. Thus, efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and provide a sense of comfort to the community will increase. This service aimed to provide information on risk factors, a comorbid disease and also Covid-19 screening. Implementation of service in the form of pretest, delivery of counseling materials, filling out questionnaires, screening, and posttest. The service activity was attended by 29 participants, which is 28 participants followed all of activities, one person only sign attandence. An increase of softskill in the posttest score of 100% from the pretest score of 70% shows the dedication participants' attention to the material that was listened to well by all service participants. From all of participants who followed all of activities, one hundred percent of the participants did not have any risk factors for Covid-19, nor have any comorbid risk factors for Covid-19. All of the participants did not show any symptoms of Covid-19. All service activities have benefits for service participants during this pandemic.

Today the world of education has changed from offline to online so that students cannot escape the crush that causes students to procrastinate a lot of assignments, be late in collecting assignments, cannot manage study time, do not dare to ask questions when they have difficulty understanding the subject matter, have difficulty understanding teacher instructions, students must provide quota packages, this causes students to like to complain, be confused, despair and give up easily, students are anxious, worried about missing lessons, and feel bored, this condition shows problems that come from resilience. Various crushes experienced by students in the new normal era have not been effective by being given group guidance to overcome it. Therefore, this study aims to (1) analyze differences in student resilience before being compared after taking group guidance using cognitive restructuring techniques, (2) analyzing differences before compared to after taking group guidance without special treatment, (3) analyzing differences in student resilience after attending group guidance using cognitive restructuring techniques compared to those following group guidance without special treatment.The research method used is quantitative research. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment Design with a pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study was 192 students, and 20 students were taken which were divided into 10 students for the experimental group and 10 students for the control group. Sampling used simple random sampling. The research instrument used was a Likert Scale model.The results showed that (1) there was a significant difference in student resilience before and after taking group guidance using cognitive restructuring techniques, (2) there was a significant difference in student resilience before and after taking group guidance without special treatment, (3) there was a significant difference resilience of students who follow group guidance using cognitive restructuring techniques and follow group guidance without special treatment. Therefore, group guidance on cognitive restructuring techniques is effective in increasing student resilience in the era new normal.
