The current paper describes the approach of corporate responsibility, which is linked to leadership and ethical aspects related to corporate humanism. In this context, the presentation of the different generations of the universities does not take into account the social aspect, unlike that proposed by the Cordoba movement of the university reform that proposed that the university is projected to meet social sectors marginalized from the Education and thus fulfill their social commitment. Within this framework, university social responsibility is proposed in terms of its teaching, research and extension functions. Likewise, an analysis of the contents of the University Law 30220 and of the aspects of social responsibility considered in the Statute of the National University Federico Villarreal is carried out.
