EFFECT OF Ar+ IONS HIGH CURRENT BEAMS ON THE SURFACE PROPERTIES OF VANADIUM AND VANADIUM-BASED ALLOYS

Abstract: Воздействие cильноточных пучков ионов аргона на поверхностные свойства ванадия и сплавов на его основе ВАНТ. Сер Одним из перспективных современных методов улучшения поверхностных и объёмных свойств материалов является использо-вание сильноточных ионных пучков.
