Eco-efficiency is a biggest universal challenge and one-fourth CO₂ emission produce by World Transport sector. The main objective to examines the effect of External finance and Transport Power Diversity on Eco-efficiency and identify best finance and transport eco-power source. This study used two ways of data analysis; first, past and future trend analysis, and second, Regression, GMM and Robust measurement; first, External finance Trend of four countries, Japan has least dependent country, china only face dependency in FDI, while Pakistan major dependency on Remittances and ODA-Foreign-Aid. Fuel Consumption Trend; Japan Eco-efficiency policy is better than other three countries. Second; Regression and GMM results indicates external finance i.e. FDI, Remittances, ODA and Transport Power Source i.e. Oil and Electric 1% high significant impact on eco-efficiency, SDGs, GDP highly significant inverse, health negative and Per-Capita GDP, Government Consumption positive relationships exist with Eco-efficiency and robust test validate the results. Study suggested external finance modern finance source for technology enhancement and economy. Transport Cargo-system need to be design according eco-friendly.

From the standpoint of green patents, verifying the influence of the construction of national high-tech zones on the degree of green innovation of enterprises is of enormous theoretical and practical importance. We construct a multi-period two-difference model to assess the influence of the national high-tech zone policy’s implementation on enterprises’ levels of green innovation. The outcomes of the study show that: first, the establishment of national high-tech zones greatly increases the level of green innovation among enterprises. While the effect on green and practical patents is average, the effect on green invention patents is more obvious. Second, how enterprises in national high-tech zones promote green innovation varies significantly. Promotional effects are more prominent in Tier 1 and Tier 2 regions, non-state firms, and high-tech industries with significant economic development. State-owned enterprises, non-high-tech industries, and third-tier and lower-tier regions, on the other hand, fared brilliantly. Third, additional action mechanisms show that the establishment of national high-tech zones can contribute to the institutional environmental effects of enterprises and the concentration of green innovation elements, thereby realizing regional green innovation development. Thus, our research provides an empirical foundation for stimulating the formation of national high-tech zones, increasing firms’ ability to innovate on their own, and nurturing the long-term growth of national high-tech zones and associated businesses.

This study analyzes the carbon reduction impact mechanism by constructing a spatial Durbin model based on citations of green technology patents from listed enterprises in 30 Chinese provinces between 2011 and 2020. The specific research findings are as follows: (1) The popularization and application of green technology can restrain carbon emission intensity, and has significant “space spillover” and “dry learning” effect; (2) The mediating effect test examines the role of energy structure and industrial structure in mediating the impact of green technology promotion and application on regional carbon emission reduction; (3) The analysis of linear regulation consists of two parts: Linear analysis and nonlinear analysis; (4) In terms of heterogeneity analysis, the carbon emission reduction effect of green technology popularization and application has significant regional heterogeneity and factor endowment heterogeneity. The research conclusions provide the enlightenment for the coordination of China’s economic transition to green development.
