Effect of Circuit and Interval Training Method on the Improvement of Physical Fitness

Abstract: and to compare impact given by the circuit training method and the interval training method. This type of research was quasi-experiment given to student in sport education major who took part in the formation of physical condition course. The population in this study consisted of 41 persons.
