“…The crystallite size ( D ) of Bi 2 O 3 are determined by the Debye Scherrer's equation: D=0.9λ/βcosθwhere D is crystallite size, θ is the Bragg's angle, β is full width at half maximum of the peak in radian, λ is the wavelength of X‐ray used, and 0.9 is a constant. The average crystallite size of Bi 2 O 3 films is found to be ≈24.56 nm.…”

“…In addition, the specific content of Cu 2 O─S in the 7% Cu 2 O-S@GO@Zn 0.67 Cd 0.33 S (7% CSGZCS) heterojunction was determined to be ≈6.79 wt.% by ICP-MS. As shown in Figure S2A, Supporting Information, the characteristic Raman peaks of Cu 2 O and Cu 2 O─S were observed at 149, 200, 218, 405, and 630 cm −1 . [33] The Raman spectrum of 7% CSGZCS showed characteristic peaks at 212 and 406 cm −1 (Figure S2A, Supporting Information), which were not observed in the spectrum of pure ZCS, indicating the presence of Cu 2 O─S in the heterojunction.…”
