Effect of humic acid and phosphorus applications on the yield and yield components in lentil (Lens culinarismedic.)

Abstract

Van Ko ş ulları nda Ekim Zamanları n ı n Mercimek (Lens Culinaris Medic.) Çeş itlerinde Verim ve Verim Ögelerine Etkisi* Yeş im TOĞAY' Müjgan ENGIN' Geliş Tarihi. 15.02.2000 Özet: Araşt ırmada, üç mercimek çe şidi (Malazgirt-89, K ışlı k Kı rm ız ı-51 ve Yerli K ı rm ız ı) dört farkl ı ekim zaman ı nda (9, 19, 29 ekim ve 9 kas ı m) ekilerek Van ekolojik ko ş ullar ı nda mercimek için uygun ekim zaman ı n ı n tespiti amaçlanm ıştır. Deneme 1996-97 ve 1997-98'de Yüzüncü Y ıl Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi deneme tarlalar ı nda tesadüf blokları nda faktöriyel deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmü ştür. Üç mercimek çe şidinde ekim zaman ı nı n bitki boyu, ilk bakla yüksekliği , bitkide bakla say ısı ve tane say ıs ı , bin tane a ğı rl ığı , birim alan tane verimi, hasat indeksi ve protein oran ına etkisi incelenmiştir. Iki y ı lı n ortalama en yüksek birim alan tane verimi, 84.28 kg/da ile ikinci ekim zaman ı nda ekilen Kış lık Kı rm ız ı-51 çeşidinden elde edilmiştir. Tüm çeşitler için en uygun ekim zaman ı ; ikinci ekim zaman ı (19 ekim) olmu ştur. Bunu üçüncü ekim zaman ı (29 ekim) izlemi ştir. Birinci (9 ekim) ve dördüncü (9 kas ı m) ekim zamanlar ın ı n birim alan tane verimleri düşük olmuştur. Abstract: The aim of this work is to determine the most suitable sowing date for lentil in Van ecological conditions. Three cultivars of lentil (Malazgirt-89, K ışlı k Kı rm ızı-51, Yerli K ı rm ız ı) were sown at four different sowing dates (October 9, 19, 29 and November 9). The study was conducted in the experimental fields of Agriculturat Faculty of Yüzüncü Y ı l Üniversty by using randomized factorial blocks desing with the four replicates in years of 1996-97 and 1997-98.Effects of sowing dates on plant height, first pod height, numbers of pod per plant and numbers of seed per plant, 1000 grain wieght, grain yield, harvest index and protein ratio were investigated for three cultivars. The highest grain yield of both years (84.28 kg/da) was obtained in second sowing date (October, 19). The most suitable sowing time for all cultivars was October 19, 1996. It was followed by third sowing time (October, 29). Grain yields decreased in first and fourth sowing times.
