Effect of Limb Muscle Power Training with Leaps on Athlete's Speed during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of leg muscle power training with leaps on athlete's speed during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this study was a true experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The total participants were 38 male athletes with an age range of 15-18 years (M = 17.3; SD: 1.26).
