The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price suitability, company location, and customer satisfaction partially or jointly on customer loyalty in freight forwarders in Jabodetabek. The research method used in this research is descriptive and explanatory survey methods with a sample size of 270 respondents and the data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling with a lisrel 8.80 data analysis tool. Based on the results of the study, the following findings were obtained: Service quality, price suitability, and company location partially or jointly had a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a contribution of 62%. Partially the quality of service has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality, price suitability, company location, and customer satisfaction partially or jointly have a significant effect on customer loyalty with a contribution of 85%. Partially customer satisfaction is most dominant in influencing customer loyalty. The results also show that customer loyalty is a full mediating variable on the effect of service quality, price suitability, and company location on customer loyalty. The results of this study provide managerial implications for freight forwarders that to increase customer loyalty reflected in the dimensions of showing immunity to competitors is to increase customer satisfaction which is reflected by an increase in the dimension of price perception, where customer satisfaction will increase if freight forwarders are able to improve service quality, especially reflected in the assurance dimension, which is supported by increasing price conformity, especially reflected in increasing dimensions of product price conformity with the benefits obtained and supported also by increasing the ease of company location, especially as reflected in an increase in the visibility dimension.
Due to an abrupt outbreak of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the educational paradigm has to be shifted to a new era of online education at all levels while maintaining the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study aims to analyze the implementation of online education focusing on (1) institutional preparedness of digital infrastructure and (2) students' learning activities during the pandemic. An online survey (Google Survey) was conducted to collect the data, which were then qualitatively analyzed supported by data quantification in percentage. The findings indicate that the target schools managed to carry out online education in response to the government's social restriction. Online education has been implemented in three different contexts, depending on the types and strata of schools-fully, partially, and none of the two. This has opened up prospects and challenges to create different standpoints. The students learn through a variety of virtual learning activities, such as watching videos (YouTube or Teacher's presentation), completing quizzes, doing assignments, discussion via Google Meet, and the like depending on the class design.
This study aims to determine the effect of leg muscle power training with leaps on athlete's speed during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this study was a true experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The total participants were 38 male athletes with an age range of 15-18 years (M = 17.3; SD: 1.26). Data analysis in this study is descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are: 1) For the control group, the statement H0 "There is no effect of leg muscle power training with leaps on athlete's speed during the COVID-19 pandemic", is accepted. Then, there was a decrease in the mean of 0.23 or 1.78%; 2) For the experimental group, H1 statement "There is effect of leg muscle power training with leaps on athlete's speed during the COVID-19 pandemic", is accepted. Then supported by an increase in the mean of 0.44 or 3.42%. The conclusion is that there is an effect of leg muscle power training with leaps on athlete's speed during the COVID-19 pandemic. These findings may have implications, namely being a reference for trainers in developing training programs to increase leg muscle power with leaps that seem to be of significant effectiveness. For further researchers, it is hoped that they can modify other types of training and conduct research with a wider sample and population as well as add different variables so that the treatment given is to influence speed through treatment of leg muscle power.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran muatan nilai-nilai karakter dalam perkuliahan melalui pendekatan sport education di Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga UNY. Penelitian di- rancang melalui penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif se- cara terpadu. Subjek penelitiannya adalah ahli pada bidang pendidikan olahraga, sedang objek pe- nelitiannya mata kuliah yang menggunakan pendekatan sport education. Pemilihan subjek penelitian melalui teknik purposif. Instrumen penelitian untuk mengungkap tingkat pemahaman dosen tentang perkuliahan yang bermuatan pendidikan karakter menggunakan panduan wawancara. Instrumen untuk mengungkap kompetensi pedagogik, gambaran muatan karakter perkuliahan, dan prototipe nilai karakter menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkuliahan yang menggunakan pendekatan sport education dapat memunculkan nilai-nilai karakter. Perkuliahan di Jurusan POR FIP UNY dapat dilaksanakan dengan desain perkuliahan sport education dan dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan nilai-nilai karakter. Kelas khusus olahraga adalah kelas yang dikuhuskan untuk mengembangkan prestasi olahraga tanpa mengesampingkan prestasi belajar. Prestasi belajar merupakan pencapaian hasil dari pembelajaran yang telah dilalui. Namun sampai saat ini belum adanya hasil penelitian yang mengungkapkan mengenai faktor yang mendorong prestasi belajar siswa khususnya kelas olahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas khusus olahraga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa kelas khusus olaharga di SMAN 1 Ciparay. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket serta dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dihitung dengan bantuan microsoft excel 2007. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengarauh dan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas khusus olaharaga. Learning achievement is the result of learning that has been passed. Until now there has been no research results that reveal about the factors that drive learning achievement specially for sport class. The purpose of this study was to study whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence on student achievement in sports class. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive research. The sample in this study was 40 students of special sports class at SMAN 1 Ciparay. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study was calculated with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence and positive relationship between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes of students in special sports classes.
