Effect of Lindane (δ- isomer) on Serum cholesterol and Liver enzyme markers in mice (Mus musculus)

Abstract: In the present study, we investigate the serum cholesterol level and the liver enzymes (alkaline phosphatase, alanine transaminase, and aspartate aminotransferase) in mice. Lindane (δ- isomer), 100mg/kg body weight, injected subcutaneously for 30 days.
