Effect of melatonin on regeneration of cortical neurons in rats with traumatic brain injury

Abstract: Purpose: To investigate the effect of melatonin on regeneration of cortical neurons in rats with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats (n=36) were randomly divided into sham, TBI+vehicle and TBI+melatonin groups.
