Abstract: Introduction: Mind Sound Resonance Technique (MSRT) is a yogic relaxation technique, which creates a resonance of the “A,” “U,” “M,” “AUM,” and Mahämåtyuïjaya mantra chanting to provide a delicate massage sensation throughout the body.
