Effect of montmorillonite and shear stress on the orientation of single walled carbon nanotubes in polypopylene composite fiber

Abstract: The effect of montmorillonite and shear stress on the orientation of single walled carbon nanotubes and properties of SWCNT/MMT/polypropylene composite was investigated. The effect of functionalization of SWCNT on the orientation was also investigated. Polarized Raman spectroscopy was used to analyze the orientation of the SWCNTs.
