Effect of Stoichiometry and Ordering on the Microstructure of Titanium Monoxide TiOy

Abstract: The structure of titanium monoxide TiO y with different stoichiometries and long-range order degrees was studied by using X-ray diffraction, electron backscatter diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and electron microscopy methods.
