“…Several researchers have referred to the effective role of ultrasound waves on various aspects of plant tissue culture, including seed germination (Gaba et al, 2008;Rajewska and Mierzwa, 2017). Our results are consistent with the findings of a research conducted by Sharififar et al (2015), reporting the positive effects of these waves on seed germination of Peganum, Cuminum and Atriplex.…”

“…Treatment of wild rice with ultrasonic waves at 70 kc/s for 10 min increased seed germionation while increasing either the intensity or duration of treatment declined seed germination (Halstead and Vicario, 1969). It has been reported that seed treatment with ultrasonic waves could significantly alleviate seed dormancy of Artiplex lentiformis and seed germination percentage was enhanced form 40% in control treatment to 70% by using 5 min ultrasonification (Sharififar et al, 2015). Ultrasonic treatment of barley seed increased 1.042 fold relative to the control treatment and mean germination time reduced 45% of the control treatment (Yaldagard et al, 2008).…”

“…No grupo de cultivares de uvas com sementes, cultivares do tipo moscatel, como As sementes são estruturas vitais, resultado da reprodução sexuada de uma espécie. São responsáveis pela manutenção do germoplasma, por possibilitar um novo ciclo de geração de plantas, e por melhorar a capacidade produtiva (SHARIFIFAR et al, 2015;RIFNA et al, 2019).…”
