The study of Khan et al 27 also compared the application of SWD associated with exercise (aerobic warm-up for 6 minutes, 15 stretches for the whole body and strengthening exercises for the back, abdomen and hip, 3 times a week, for 6 weeks) and found that the association of SWD was more efficient for symptom relief than exercise alone.…”
