“…The process of adsorption has often been preferred over other processes due to its low start-up costs, convenience, elasticity, high selectivity, ease of operation, environmental compatibility, insensibility to venomous components, and its major potential for the removal of hazardous contaminants. Many researchers have used natural materials such as carbon 15 , silica 16 , activated carbon, zeolite 17 , 18 in the adsorption process.
