Effective Leadership Styles

Abstract: On Leadership there are various theories developed. One amongst them is a personality trait theory which is built on inherent internal characteristics. There is no one answer on "Do inborn preferences influence leadership style?" There are tools like Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to measure the leadership traits.
