Effectiveness of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committees (BDRRMCs) in Flood-Prone Barangays in Cabanatuan City, Philippines

Abstract: This paper measured the organizational effectiveness of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committees (BDRRMCs). It focused on the flood-prone barangays of Cabanatuan City, Philippines. The study used the Goal Model of Organizational Theory to measure the effectiveness of BDRRMCs.
