“…The Caco-2 cells as the human intestinal epithelial cells, were grown in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) media supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 1.0% nonessential amino acid and 1% solution of antimycotic mixture at 37 °C and in air plus 5% CO 2 . Cells were grown as standard monolayers on six-well plate until they reached approximately 70-80% confluency 59 .
