Effects of He-Ne laser on nuclear F-actin under UV-B radiation

Abstract: The alleviating effects of He Ne laser on damage of nuclear actin filaments organization caused by ultraviolet B (UV B) light were investigated. Wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. ML7113) seedlings were irra diated with enhanced UV B (10.08 kJ/(m 2 d)), or He Ne laser (5.43 mW/mm 2 ), or combination of He Ne laser and UV B.
