“…При оценке овари-ального резерва пациенток в исследуемых группах у ВИЧ-инфицированных женщин выявлено досто-верно более раннее истощение яичников -более чем в 3 раза чаще наблюдалась комбинация лабора-торных и ультразвуковых признаков снижения ова-риального резерва.
