Effects of operational parameters of spiral concentrator on mica–feldspar separation

Abstract: In the present study, effects of several operating parameters on the separation efficiency of mica from feldspar by spiral concentrator were investigated. For this purpose, an albite ore containing mica was treated in a full scale Reichert spiral (model HG7) under various test conditions.
