Effects of practice and some methodological considerations in training counseling interviewing skills.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to relate three areas of research found in the counseling interviewing training literature-the role of practice, the use of modeling procedures, and the evaluation procedures-by extending this research and providing a design for an improved methodology.
