Efficacy of dexamethasone for lung maturity in preterm delivery in association with lamellar bodies count

Abstract: Background Organ immaturities in preterm infants may result inperinatal death. One of the diseases is respiratory distress syndrome(RDS) which is caused by lung immaturity.
