Efficient Sialylation on Azidododecyl Lactosides by Using B16 Melanoma Cells

Abstract: Lactoside primers (dodecyl lactoside derivatives) resemble intermediates in the biosynthetic pathway of glycolipids and, therefore, act as substrates for cellular enzyme-catalyzed glycosylation.
