The aim of this study, it was aimed to develop a measurement tool to determine the success motivation of Turkish course for secondary school students. In order to develop the scale, 1030 students studying in 5, 6, 7 and 8 grades in four different secondary schools in Sivas city center were included in the study group. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of the scale was .935 and Bartlett's Sphericity Test value was *χ2=16888,796; df=2628, p<.000. Factor analysis was performed after determining the convenience of these values to the factor analysis of the scale. The Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was found to be .97 in the sub-dimension of amotivation, .89 in the subdimension of intrinsic motivation, .89 in the sub-dimension of the goal motivation, .86 in the sub-dimension of extrinsic motivation and .95 in the total items. Based on these findings, it can be said that the scale measures the level of motivation that is valid, reliable, and that it wants to measure.
