Abstract

Ein neuer Ofentyp fur das Kristallziehen aus der SchmelzeThe authors describe a new construction of a resistance furnace which is used for the growth of crystals from the melt. The working hypothesis at the outset was the supposition that the heat in the volume unite is indirectly proportional t o the ratio of diameters. The thermal conditions of the furnace enable the preparation of crystals of best quality for which a nearly flat isotherm is characteristic.
