Eine neue Methode zur chemischen Bestimmung der östrogenen Hormone im Harn

Abstract: Von der Vielzahl der zur Östrogenbestimmung vorgeschlagenen chemischen Nachweisreaktionen ist die Reaktion nach Kober 1 am besten untersucht und am meisten angewandt worden.Kob er stellte fest, daß Östron und östriol beim Erhitzen mit Phenol-Schwefelsäure und anschließendem Verdünnen mit Wasser eine rote Färbung ergeben, die sehr spezifisch für Phenole vom Typ der natürlichen östrogenen Hormone ist.
