Einfache Synthesen und chemisches Verhalten neuer heterocyclischer Ringsysteme

Abstract

Bei der gemeinsamen Einwirkung von Schwefel und Ammoniak auf aliphatische oder arylaliphatische Ketone entstehen in guten Ausbeuten Thiazoline-A3, eine bisher unbekannte Körperklasse. Die Untersuchung des Reaktionsmechanismus führte zu weiteren einfachen Synthesen von Thiazolinen-A3 und darüber hinaus zur Entdeckung der Dihydro-metathiazine-A3, der Imidazoline-A3 und aliphatischer 1.2.4-Trithiolane sowie zur Strukturaufklärung der Duplo-dithioketone. Schließlich wurden einfache Synthesen für 2.3.4..5-Tetrahydro-pyrimidine gefunden. Die chemische Charakterisierung der neuen Verbindungen erschloß zahlreiche synthetische Möglichkeiten.
