Einfluß definierter Substrat‐Limitationen auf das Enzym‐und Metabolitmuster des methylotrophen Bakteriums Pseudomonas W 6

Abstract: Der Zusammenhang zwischen Milieubedingungen und der Konzentration zentraler Stoffwechselintermediate sowie der Konzentration bzw. der Aktivitat von Enzymen des Citratzyklus und der Synthese von Glutamat wurden bei dem obligat methylotrophen Bakterium Pseudomonas W 6 untersucht.Die Konzentrationen der Glutamatdehydrogenase, der Isocitratdehydrogenase, der GlutamatOxalacetat-Transaminase und NADH-Oxidase andern sich in der stationaren Wachstumsphase gegeniiber der exponentiellen praktisch nicht und sind unabhang… Show more
