EKSTRAKSI DAN PURIFIKASI FUKOSANTIN DARI RUMPUT LAUT COKELAT Sargassum sp. SEBAGAI ANTIOKSIDAN

Abstract: Fukosantin adalah salah satu pigmen yang dihasilkan pada biosintetis karatenoid yang berkontribusi lebih dari 10% dari jumlah total karatenoid di alam, salah satunya ditemukan pada rumput laut cokelat Sargassum sp. Ini merupakan salah satu jenis rumput laut cokelat yang distribusinya cukup dominan di pantai Kalianda Lampung.
