Elastyczne Formy Zatrudnienia I Zakres Ich Występowania

Abstract: Streszczenie: Artykuł podejmuje problematykę elastycznych form zatrudnienia, rozpoczynając od prezentacji aktualnie występujących w polskim prawie. Poprzez ich porów-nanie wskazano na zalety i wady z punktu widzenia pracowników. Badania przeprowadzone wśród pracowników pokazują zasięg występowania elastycznych form, wśród których dominuje umowa-zlecenie.
