Electrical and Mechanical Examination of PLZT/PZT Graded Structure for Photovoltaic Driven Piezoelectric Transformers

Abstract: Lanthanum-modified lead zirconate titanate (PLZT) ceramic materials have gained considerable attention due to their photostriction, which is the superposition of photovoltaic and piezoelectric effects.
