Electrochemical Synthesis of Iron Monoselenide Thin Films

Abstract: In the presented research work, the kinetics and mechanism of the deposition process of thin iron, selenium and Fe-Se films have been studied by recording a cyclic and linear polarization curves by potentiodynamic method using Pt and Ni electrodes.
