Electron impact ionization of individual sub-shells and total of L and M shells of atomic targets with Z = 38–92

Abstract: We report an extension and modification of the MCN model of Haque et al (2013 Rad. Phys. Chem. 91 50-9) (XMCN) to study the electron impact ionization of inner L and M shells of neutral atoms by introducing new parameters of the MCN model.
