Abstract: The effect of legacy and emerging per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) on cytokine homeostasis in human remains poorly understood. This study aimed to evaluate the associations between legacy and emerging PFAS and cytokine profiles, and identify the main contributors to the disturbance of cytokine homeostasis.
