“…Although predominantly family business research tends to consider that emotions belong only to the family system whereas the business system is based on rationality (Carlock & Ward, 2001;Kepner, 1983), the broader organizational behaviour research is rich with studies on emotions in business settings (Barsade et al, 2003).
