Emotional labour, training stress, burnout, and depressive symptoms in junior doctors

Abstract: Junior doctors are at risk of work-related burnout and mental health problems due to training workload demands and responsibilities. This study investigated the predictors of work-related burnout and depressive symptoms in junior doctors.
