ICT has a very important role in life in the modern world. Individuals and even communities are also adopting ICT to support all activities. Indonesia has diverse communities, one of which is the environmental community. One of the environmental communities is Dijo and to be able to provide more complete information to community members or other individuals, Dijo will build a website. The widespread issue related to environmental destruction has caused the Dijo community to try to support sustainable environmental preservation. ICT is used to provide access to more information and environmental knowledge to community members and the public. This research aims to provide planning recommendations and the benefits of adopted ICT to support community goals. Successfully conveying information related to environmental issues to the public is expected to increase awareness of the importance of environmental protection to achieve a sustainable environment. The Design Thinking method is used to analyze user needs and create a prototype of the website that will be used. The respondents used in this research were 35 members of the Dijo community. The result of this research is that the Dijo website can help the community obtain information so that the level of community awareness for preserving the environment also increases.

The Impact of Perspective Taking Training in Student Teachers on Unintended Empathy Components

Empathy training focuses mainly on improving perspective taking (PT) skills, but rarely considers possible changes in other, affective empathy components. In this study, we aimed to examine for unintended changes in the other empathy components emotional concern, personal distress, and fantasy, some of which were not specifically intended. We used a trait (Saarbrücken Personality Questionnaire for Measuring Empathy) and a state (Jefferson Scale for Empathy - Teacher Version) questionnaire respectively. On the trait measures, only the PT score improved, as it was intended by the training. No significant change in the affective factors occurred. Thus, the training showed no undesirable side effects. Looking at the Jefferson Scale factors related to pedagogical situations, significant changes occurred in the areas of perspective taking, emotional understanding of students, pedagogy more important than empathy, and student-centeredness. Since these are only pedagogically relevant changes in attitudes, this is consistent with the goal of the empathy training. Unwanted side effects were not observed here either.

A phenomenon that is often seen is that children really like to play and watch videos via cellphones. However, Tiktok and similar applications are not educational special applications, there are many videos that are displayed without any filters. So that it can cause the possibility of videos that children watch are videos that are not good and not suitable for children to watch. Therefore, it is necessary to understand and tricks for utilizing application algorithms so that learning strategies can run well. This article aims to provide knowledge and knowledge about how to use short video platform applications such as Tiktok, Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts to improve children's language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) through the utilization of these application algorithms. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Empathy Map method on five mothers who have children under five years old and content analysis on the application to find out the right strategy in utilizing the application algorithm. The results of this study contain: 1) the results of the empathy map analysis, 2) the results of the application algorithm analysis, 3) understanding the application algorithm, 4) strategies for utilizing the application algorithm, and 5) building relevant application accounts to improve children's language skills.
