The MMPI-2 profiles chosen represent the most frequent codetypes in both inpatient and outpatient settings: 1/2, 1/3, 2/3, 2/4, 2/7, 2/8, 4/6, 4/7, 4/8, 4/9, 6/8, 6/9, 7/8, 8/9, 1/2/3, 2/4/7, 2/7/8, 6/7/8, over five scale elevations, and within normal limits (WNL; Archer, Griffin, & Aiduk, 1995;Graham, Ben-Porath, & McNulty, 1999;Greene, 2000;Lewandowski & Graham, 1972).
