Employee voice behavior as a critical factor for organizational sustainability in the telecommunications industry

Abstract: Organizational effectiveness is contingent upon employees' contributions; however, the role of employee voice behavior as a critical component of employees' contribution to the organization has not been sufficiently acknowledged.
