Employees’ Motivation and Management of Human Resources in Public Enterprises in Dukagjin’s Plain

Abstract: This research is realized in city of Peja, in which included 30 employees of public enterprises that operate in this city. Participants were aged between 25-48; they were 8 females and 22 males. For the data collection is used an applied questionnaire with 12 questions.
