Historical and architectural preservation need to be focused on in the planning of cities. National development policies and agendas should inculcate historic preservation. Architectural conservation phenomena should involve government representatives and local communities, public service providers and the private sector to collaborate with each other. This study examines the cultural heritage, showing some limitations and significant advances. The study discusses the case of the Jain Swamber temple in Multan's inner city. The study describes the temple's architecture and architectural aspects to underline the importance of architectural heritage conservation and protection in Multan, Pakistan. Temples and monasteries are the only places where Jain architecture may be found. Jian Swamber temple was built in the dominant style of the time and place it was created. The Mru-Gurjara style is characterized by elaborate carving, particularly on columns, enormous and delicately carved rosettes on mandap ceilings, and a distinctive "flying arch" between columns with no structural purpose is simply artistic. The temple is made of diverse local colors of pink, buff, and brown sandstone, which lightens the style and makes it appealing. Policymakers and architects can devise different conservation concepts and tactics to preserve architecture. As a result, buildings may not lose or change their appearance considerably.

The digital divide is one of the problems faced by the government since the COVID-19 pandemic occurred. All face-to-face activities in all development sectors are transferred online. The unpreparedness of communication technology infrastructure in Indonesia is one of the obstacles to online learning activities that require a stable internet connection, even in urban areas that already have communication infrastructure with 5G networks. However, it turns out that the problem is not only with infrastructure, what is more important than that is the opportunity and ability of the community to use communication technology. In this study, researchers limit research to only discussing the challenges of the digital divide in the online learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia with research locations in three districts in West Java in 2020-2021. This research uses a qualitative approach, an exploratory paradigm, in a case study perspective. The data collection process was carried out under natural conditions in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. This study concludes that collaboration between government officials and the community has a positive impact on people's opportunities to carry out online learning processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The challenges of the digital divide faced during the digital learning process can be partially overcome by collaboration between the government, the community and the private sector, although the approach taken is different at each research location.

Purpose: The aim of this research is to carry out an empowerment process in the Kebun Bunga village through the Edu-Environment application to increase public awareness of waste. Theoretical Framework: The theory applied or used in this article is empowerment, training and use of the Edu-Environment application. Design/Methodology/Approaches: This service activity is carried out using a mixed method or mix methods. Explains that mixed methods research is a research method that collects, analyzes and integrates both quantitative and qualitative research approaches. Findings: This research shows a form of community empowerment, especially for people in Kebun Bunga who run a waste management program through the Edu-Environment application. This activity includes training and utilization of unused goods into items of sale value and can be utilized by the local community. Research, Practical & Social Implications: In this study, the community can feel the benefits of having an edu-environment application to be able to manage waste and be able to make advantage of the information provided in the application and it is hoped that the community can use and apply it in their daily lives. Implications/Originality/Values: For this study the implications that can be accepted by the community are being able to take advantage of the facilities of this edi-environment application to be able to obtain information about waste cleanliness and manage waste into goods with economic selling value.
