Empreendedorismo internacional: um estudo de caso em um cluster internacionalizado

Abstract

RESUMO:O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o empreendedorismo internacional (EI) em empresas participantes de um cluster internacionalizado. A abordagem de pesquisa é caracterizada como qualitativa, operacionalizada por meio de um estudo de caso múltiplo, exploratório e descritivo. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas. A amostra é composta por quatro empresas de pequeno e médio porte (PMEs) do setor metal mecânico, participantes de um cluster. A análise dos dados foi realizada a partir das dimensões do EI propostas no framework teórico de Leite e Moraes (2014), adaptado a realidade de empresas brasileiras. Os resultados apontam que, o EI é evidenciado com maior intensidade nas dimensões: oportunidades internacionais, redes de relacionamento, capacidade de inovar e desenvolvimento de recursos em empresas participantes do cluster.Palavras-chave: Empreendedorismo Internacional.
