Endometrial Adenocarcinoma Presenting with an Osseous Metastasis

Abstract: Background: Gynecologic cancers metastatic to bone are rare. Endometrial carcinoma usually presents with vaginal bleeding. Case Report: A 67-year-old woman presented with pain, erythema and swelling of the right foot and no history of postmenopausal bleeding. Biopsy revealed primary endometrioid carcinoma metastatic to the calcaneus, talus and metatarsal bones.
